Carolina Parenting Solutions is offering a Triple P Family Transitions Training for parents going through a separation or divorce. This series includes 5 two-hour group sessions where you will learn about strategies to help transition through the separation, cope with difficult emotions related to the transition, manage conflict effectively, and establish a new family identity.
Who: Parents who are going through, or have gone through, a separation or divorce.
What: Triple P Family Transitions is an evidenced based parenting program, but it doesn’t tell you how to be a parent. It’s more like a toolbox of ideas. You choose the strategies you need. You choose the way you want to use them. All sessions are 2 hours long and held in a virtual group setting.
Session 1: Divorce- A Family Transition
Session 2: Coping with Emotions 1
Session 3: Coping with Emotions 2
Session 4: Managing Conflict
Session 5: Balancing Work, Family, and Play
Where: From the comfort of your own home. These sessions will all be done virtually with the parents only.
When: Several times a year we re-start groups. Groups will be held on the same day of the week and time for five consecutive weeks.

How: $650 ($550 if paid in full before initial session) for all 5 sessions- includes materials and cost of shipping them to you.
